### Removed

- `DumperManager`
- `LoggableGeocoder`, use `LoggerPlugin` instead.

- `Bazinga\Bundle\GeocoderBundle\Provider\Cache` was removed, use `CachePlugin` instead.
- All services IDs was removed except `bazinga_geocoder.geocoder` and `geocoder`.
